About

We're hiring for an industry-driven managed service transforming global financial crime risk management, working with leading financial institutions and combining Agentic AI with cutting-edge technology. They're looking for a Sales Director to drive global revenue growth: building and managing a high-performing sales team, carrying an individual target, and securing strategic relationships across banks and financial institutions. Reporting directly to the CEO, this hybrid role requires deep expertise in financial crime (ideally sanctions screening) and managed services/SaaS, along with the ability to accelerate the adoption of the company's compliance technology worldwide.

The Role

  • Lead, coach and develop a sales team, establishing clear KPIs and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Own and deliver against both personal and team sales quotas.
  • Drive pipeline generation, qualification and conversion across key markets, with accurate forecasting and reporting on deal progression.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Delivery and Operations to align GTM strategy, ensure client satisfaction, and influence the product roadmap through client feedback.
  • Navigate complex decision-making structures within banks and financial institutions to accelerate deal cycles.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
