Sales Director – Cyber Security Services
We’re hiring a Sales Director to join a growing cyber security services business of around 100 people.
The company delivers specialist cyber security services to enterprise customers and is looking for a senior commercial leader to take ownership of new business growth, key accounts and the wider sales strategy.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands the cyber security services market and has a strong track record of building pipeline, winning enterprise customers and developing high-performing sales teams.
The role:
- Own and execute the commercial and sales strategy
- Lead, develop and grow the existing sales function
- Drive new logo acquisition across enterprise accounts
- Develop and expand strategic customer relationships
- Build a predictable pipeline and improve sales performance
- Work closely with senior leadership on growth strategy and market expansion
- Represent the business with CISOs, CIOs and other senior security stakeholders
- Support the development of new service offerings based on customer demand

What we’re looking for:
- Strong background selling cyber security services
- Proven experience in a Sales Director, Head of Sales or senior commercial position
- Track record of winning and growing large enterprise accounts
- Experience selling services such as Managed Security, SOC/MDR, Incident Response, Penetration Testing, Security Consulting, Cloud Security, IAM or GRC
- Experience managing and developing sales teams
- Strong network within the cyber security market
- Commercially driven with a genuine new-business mentality
- Comfortable operating in a growing, fast-paced environment
