Sales Director - Partnerships
Birmingham - Onsite
We are looking at growing our indirect business through expanding our Partnerships Sales Team. The Ebury Partnerships Team manages our partners network, which constitute the core of our indirect sales channels, through different partnership models, including introductory broker agreements and program management agreements using our white-label solution or accessing our capabilities through API connection.
The Opportunity
Ebury is looking for a top performing partnerships salesperson to join our growing team in Birmingham. Our Partnership network is the heartbeat of our indirect sales strategy; your mission will be to identify and recruit the key influencers and organizations that drive business. You will be responsible for expanding our ecosystem through strategic broker agreements and referral partnerships, positioning Ebury as the go-to financial partner for corporate clients across the country.
Responsibilities:
- Network Recruitment: Identify, prioritize, and sign high-value partners, across a variety of industries such as Professional Services.
- Strategic Onboarding: Lead the integration of new partners into the Ebury ecosystem, ensuring they are equipped to drive meaningful corporate introductions.
- Targeted Growth: Focus on key UK based "multipliers," including law firms, accounting firms, crown corporations, and international trade associations.
- Performance Excellence: Take full ownership of your pipeline, reporting on progress against growth plans and consistently exceeding recruitment targets.
- Relationship Culture: Uphold Ebury’s reputation for excellence through high-touch customer service and deep product expertise.

Competencies and Personal Characteristics:
- Fluency in English
- Proven ability of bringing passion, energy and motivation to a sales organisation.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and market share goals.
- Comfortable with a phone sales approach and networking background
- First-class communication skills, able to win people over; commitment and buy-in.
- Skilled negotiator, able to build and leverage relationships at senior levels.
- Detail oriented, organised, self-starter, with an understanding of the psychology of sales and the sales process.
Experience:
- Proven sales and/or partner management experience in a B2B financial services organisation, of which ideally has experience working in an origination capacity with strategic partnerships and affiliates to drive introductory relationships with corporate clients
- Ideally this person will have worked with a network of affiliates, such as Law Firms, Accounting firms, international associations etc. to offer financial solutions to corporate clients.
- Ideally with a business/finance academic background.
