What You'll Do

As a Sales Director, Performance Media EMEA (Enterprise), you will be part of Criteo’s high-impact Strategic Growth team, focused on winning the most transformational new business opportunities across EMEA. You’ll own and drive large, complex pursuits — working hand-in-hand with senior leadership, agency, product, and vertical experts to close deals that redefine Criteo’s client portfolio and market footprint. This is a senior individual contributor role for top performers in enterprise sales — a mix of strategic thinking, disciplined pursuit execution, and consultative engagement with MD/VP and C-suite stakeholders.

  • Own high-value pursuits: Lead the full sales cycle for large, complex prospects — from identification and qualification to negotiation, closure and launch.
  • Drive “must-win” deals: Focus on strategic advertisers with multi-market potential and significant growth impact for Criteo.
  • Operate within Pursuit Squads: Collaborate with the Strategic Growth Lead, Vertical Leaders, Agency team and executive sponsors to design and execute winning strategies.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional alignment: Partner with Product, Legal, Finance, Data Privacy and Operations to build tailored, commercially strong proposals that deliver measurable value.
  • Build executive relationships: Engage directly with MD/VP, C-level stakeholders to understand business priorities, shape solutions, and position Criteo as a strategic partner.
  • Apply pursuit excellence: Use proven enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, value-based selling) to structure pursuits, forecast accurately, and drive disciplined follow-up.
  • Contribute to the pursuit playbook: Share learnings, refine best practices, and elevate the team’s collective win rate and go-to-market quality.
  • Act as an ambassador: Represent Criteo in strategic forums, events, and executive meetings to expand awareness and credibility within target verticals.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
