Senior Charter Broker / Charter Sales Director
Location: UK, Europe or UAE – Remote
Salary: DOE + up to 20% uncapped commission + performance bonuses
The Opportunity
A fast-growing private jet brokerage is expanding its commercial team and looking for experienced brokers across mid to senior level. This is an environment for ambitious people who want to earn well, progress, and have the freedom to do things their way. Progression is based on performance and margin generation, with increased salary, bonuses, and opportunities to move through senior broker, director, and leadership levels. Commission reaches up to 20%, is uncapped, and paid monthly, creating significant earning potential for strong performers.

What are you required to do?
- Manage and grow a portfolio of private jet charter clients
- Generate new business through outreach, networking, and relationships
- Convert inbound enquiries into profitable bookings
- Manage the full charter lifecycle from enquiry through to flight completion
- Source aircraft globally and negotiate competitive operator rates
- Build long-term UHNW, corporate, and operator relationships
- Consistently achieve revenue and margin targets
- Contribute ideas and play an active role in the brokerage's continued growth
What We're Looking For
- Ideally 3+ years' private jet charter brokerage experience
- Based in the UK, Europe, or UAE
- Proven revenue and margin generation
- Strong business development and client relationship skills
- Experience managing the full charter sales cycle
- Strong aircraft sourcing and negotiation capability
- Commercially driven, ambitious, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment
