Sales Director – UK | PropTech

Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £100,000–£110,000 base + OTE
Sector: PropTech | Real Estate Technology

I'm working with a well-established, international software business looking to appoint a Sales Director to drive its commercial growth across the UK.

The company provides an AI-powered enterprise SaaS platform used by some of Europe's leading commercial real estate owners, investors, and asset managers.

The technology brings together property, financial, operational, and sustainability data, helping customers improve building performance, reduce operating costs, and make better investment decisions across their portfolios.

With an established European customer base and strong international backing, the business is looking for a commercially driven sales leader to take ownership of its UK market.

This is a hands-on, player-coach role, suited to someone who enjoys winning and closing business personally while also supporting and developing others.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
