John Charles Search are partnering with a leading provider of bespoke warehouse fit-out solutions, primarily focusing on racking, shelving, lockers and other associated systems. With a strong reputation for delivering tailored storage systems that maximise space and improve operational efficiency, they support clients across manufacturing, e-commerce, retail and logistics.
Role Overview
As Sales Director, you will drive revenue growth, lead the sales team and expand market presence. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the storage solutions sector and a proven background in sales leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Full P&L responsibility for sales revenue and profitability.
- Develop and execute the commercial growth strategy.
- Lead, coach and performance-manage a small sales team.
- Deliver against a personal revenue target.
- Lead major bids, tenders, proposals and client presentations.
- Develop new sector opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
About You
- Proven sales leadership experience within the racking & storage, industrial fit-out, or material handling sectors is essential.
- Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership experience.
- Track record of winning and delivering high-value contracts.
- Confident presenter and bid leader.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to open new markets.

(Office location will be provided throughout screening phase. Hybrid working arrangements can be very flexible and potentially looks like once a week/fortnight in the office)
