Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)

UK | Flexible Location | Up to £140,000 Base + 30% Bonus + Executive Benefits

Are you a commercially driven executive ready to shape the future of one of the UK's leading facilities management businesses?

We are exclusively partnering with a major UK facilities management and support services organisation to appoint an exceptional Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).

This is a Board-level opportunity for a strategic commercial leader with a proven track record of delivering sustainable revenue growth, securing major contracts, and leading high-performing sales and commercial teams across the FM sector.

You'll be responsible for developing and executing the company's commercial strategy while leading Sales, Business Development, Bids, Marketing, Strategic Partnerships, and ESG initiatives. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's future growth and market position.

The Opportunity

This is far more than a traditional sales leadership role.

You'll be responsible for creating a market-leading commercial function that drives profitable growth, strengthens the brand, and positions the business as the partner of choice across both public and private sector clients.

The role offers genuine influence at Board level and the opportunity to leave a lasting legacy within a highly respected national organisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
