We're partnering with a high-growth B2B SaaS company that's looking for an ambitious, commercially sharp Regional Sales Director to take first-line leadership of their UK Enterprise sales team.
What They're Building
A VC-backed Series C enterprise SaaS platform serving commercial and GTM teams, now scaling its go-to-market motion across the UK and Ireland.

What You'll Do
- Take first-line management of a team of 4 UK-based Enterprise Account Executives, owning their pipeline, forecast, and development
- Coach and upskill AEs on enterprise sales motion, deal strategy, negotiation, and stakeholder management
- Drive the UKI region's numbers, working closely with leadership on forecasting and territory planning
- Recruit and ramp new AEs as the team scales
- Bring structure and rigor to a growing enterprise sales org without over-engineering it
- Report directly into the CRO

Must-Haves
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- At least 2 years in a team lead or sales leadership role
- Track record of enterprise deal cycles and quota attainment
- Strong tenures
