Job Profile

Vista Global is the first and only global aviation company. Across our 2 brands, VistaJet & XO, we have a solution for any client looking to use business jets. Our Program membership offers all the benefits of a personal jet without the responsibility of ownership while XO Memberships offer flexibility and access to a Marketplace of over 2,000 vetted aircraft. Flight solutions are designed for corporations, high-net-worth individuals and entrepreneurs who need to fly regularly with guaranteed availability at a fixed price per hour.

The Role

The Sales Director is a new-business hunter role, responsible for winning new clients. You will build and convert your own pipeline of qualified prospects — sourcing opportunities, securing first meetings, and closing new clients. This is a pure new-client-generation role: once a client is won, onboarding and ongoing account management transition to the Customer Services or Account Management team, so you can stay focused on sourcing and converting the next opportunity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
