Sales Director – TBM, IT Finance & FinOps | UK & Ireland

Our client is a highly regarded managed service provider and consulting practice helping enterprise organisations take control of tech costs, improve cost transparency and unlock greater value from their investments through Technology Business Management (TBM), IT Financial Management (ITFM) and FinOps.
With strong foundations, an excellent reputation and ambitious growth plans, they are now looking for a Sales Director for UK&I. This isn't a role where you'll simply inherit a sales target and follow a predefined playbook. You'll have the opportunity to influence strategy, build market presence and become a trusted advisor to tech and finance leaders in some of the largest and most prestigious organisations the region.

- Take ownership of growing UK&I revenue by developing new enterprise relationships, expanding existing client revenue and building strategic partnerships across the TBM, ITFM and FinOps ecosystem.
- Work closely with experienced consultants and delivery specialists.
- Lead complex enterprise sales engagements from first conversation through to successful close, bringing together business challenges, technology strategy and financial outcomes.
- Build credibility and trust by understanding the challenges facing CIOs, CTOs and CFOs, translating those challenges into meaningful solutions and building relationships that last well beyond the initial engagement.
What we're looking for
- A successful track record selling enterprise solutions or services within the Technology Business Management ecosystem.
- Experience selling: TBM, ITFM, FinOps or other technology value management solutions.
- Experience in Consulting, advisory, implementation or managed services.
- Experience in Enterprise software or transformation programmes involving CIO, CTO, CFO and other tech and finance leaders.
- A proven ability to win and manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales.
- A strong understanding of TBM and/or FinOps frameworks.
- Knowledge of enterprise technology operating models and IT financial management.
- A consultative, commercially astute approach with excellent relationship-building skills.
- The drive and entrepreneurial mindset to thrive in a growing business where your voice is heard, your opinions matter and your contribution is valued.

Package:
- £100K - £120K base salary
- Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of £200,000+
- Fully remote working, with occasional visits to their London office and client sites
