About insureMO

We are a leading Middleware Platform (PaaS) specifically designed for the insurance industry.

The Role

This role is responsible for the company's successful business growth and commercial operations across the UK and European market. We are seeking a highly self-driven professional with an entrepreneurial mindset who can work independently to drive business and execute the market strategy successfully.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales, business growth, and commercial operations for insureMO platform in the UK and European market.
  • Create and execute a comprehensive territory business plan and overall sales strategy.
  • Operate as a hands-on individual contributor, generating new business leads independently without relying on supporting functions for lead generation.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain consultative, B2B relationships with C-Suite executives, key decision-makers, and influencers.
  • Deliver outstanding experiences for our customers, driving strong adoption, expansion, retention, and referrals.
  • Enable enterprise clients to achieve digital transformation and key business outcomes through AI-led IT transformation.
  • Work seamlessly with both large and small insurers, as well as the broader insurance distribution ecosystem.
  • Analyse industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments to provide actionable feedback to marketing and product teams.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience:

  • 10–15 years of direct B2B sales experience based in the UK, focused on IT solutions within the insurance sector. Prior presales experience is acceptable, provided the candidate's core career track has been in direct sales. Must have proven product & platform software sales background; experience limited purely to IT services sales will not be suitable.

  • Proven understanding of the Insurance industry in the UK market, including a deep grasp of market trends, key players, and distribution channels. Exposure to Continental European insurance markets is a strong plus.

Track Record:

  • Proven sales and business development experience in quota-carrying, direct-sales roles with a documented track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Network:

  • Strong connections with UK Insurers, having handled large insurer account sales and possessing direct relationships with key decision-makers.

Communication:

  • Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Work Style:

  • Sales-driven, hungry, and capable of hustling independently.
