I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The opportunity starts with the UK
The UK is the business’s biggest near-term opportunity—and your immediate priority.
You’ll shape the sales approach, develop the team and strengthen the partner relationships that drive revenue. You’ll also be close to the action: supporting major opportunities, opening senior customer conversations and helping your people turn promising pipeline into business. As UK growth develops, your focus will broaden into scaling the Nordics and Benelux, building partner coverage, developing territories and recruiting the talent needed to succeed.
This is a role for someone who enjoys the responsibility of owning the number and the satisfaction of building the team that delivers it.
What you’ll own
- Regional revenue and growth: Take responsibility for the UK, Nordics and Benelux, with an initial focus on accelerating UK performance.
- Team development: Lead, coach and develop Territory Sales Managers, setting clear expectations and recruiting for growth.
- Channel strategy: Build productive relationships with distributors, resellers and strategic partners that generate opportunities and revenue.
- Enterprise sales execution: Play an active role in key deals, partner engagements and executive-level customer conversations.
- Sales discipline: Establish a clear rhythm around forecasting, pipeline management, deal reviews and QBRs.
- Market expansion: Develop the approach to scaling the Nordics and Benelux, including partner development and territory planning.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Bring Sales Engineering, Marketing and Channel teams together around clear commercial priorities.

You understand how to make a channel-led model work and bring the new-business mindset needed to compete as a challenger.
We’re looking for:
- A proven track record of building and growing a UK sales business.
- Experience leading teams selling into enterprise customers through channel partners.
- Success building teams and territories, with clear evidence of commercial growth.
- The ability to balance regional strategy with hands-on involvement in deals.
