Key Responsibilities:
Market Development (0-to-1)
- Lead the start-from-scratch market entry for heat pump products in designated European countries/regions (e.g., Germany, France, Italy, Poland, etc.), and formulate and execute go-to-market strategies.
- Identify and develop partnerships with potential heat pump distributors, HVAC channel partners, building material retailers, etc.
Dealer/Distributor Channel Development & Management
- Design and implement mechanisms for dealer recruitment, training, enablement, incentives, and performance evaluation.
- Assist dealers in end-user sales conversion (residential & commercial projects), providing technical support and product training.
- Maintain relationships with key dealers, conduct regular visits, and drive annual sales target achievement.
Sales Target Achievement
- Develop regional sales forecasts and quarterly/annual sales plans, taking accountability for sales revenue, collections, and market share.
- Monitor market competition (pricing, policies, new products), and propose localized product/pricing/promotion strategies.

Customer Service & After-Sales Support
- Utilize existing heat pump customer service resources (installer networks, after-sales teams, energy agencies, etc.) to rapidly establish regional service capabilities.
- Coordinate internal technical and after-sales resources to resolve installation and maintenance issues for dealers and end customers.
Brand Promotion & Compliance
- Participate in local HVAC exhibitions and industry association events to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure product sales comply with relevant EU certifications (ErP, Keymark, CE, etc.) and local subsidy policy requirements.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of sales experience in the European HVAC, heat pump, boiler, or new energy equipment industry, including at least 1 year focused on dealer/channel development. Proven success in 0-to-1 market entry. Familiar with business practices and legal environments across different European countries.
- Possess existing heat pump customer service/after-sales resources (e.g., installer networks, service providers), and have a solid understanding of heat pump products.
- Familiar with European heat pump markets (policies, subsidies, competitors, user habits), and proficient in dealer system development, including contract negotiation, pricing structures, rebate policies, and joint marketing.
- Fluent in English, able to travel frequently. Proficiency in German, French, Italian, or Polish is a plus.
