The Role
We're seeking an experienced Sales Director to drive new business growth across the telecommunications sector. You'll build relationships with telecom operators, service providers and technology partners, engaging confidently with CTOs and C-suite executives to position innovative network technology solutions.
Success in this role requires a strong understanding of the telecom network domain, Network Management technologies and Operational Support Systems (OSS), together with the commercial drive to win and grow strategic customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the sales strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Generate new business and grow strategic customer relationships.
- Build trusted relationships with CTOs, senior technical stakeholders and C-suite executives.
- Lead complex sales opportunities from initial engagement through to contract award.
- Work closely with OSS suppliers and technology partners to develop customer solutions.
- Represent the business at customer meetings, industry events and industry conferences.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecast performance and identify new market opportunities.
- Travel regularly throughout the UK and internationally as required.

Skills & Experience
- Proven success in a senior sales leadership role within the telecommunications sector.
- Strong knowledge of Network Management and OSS technologies.
- Experience working with OSS suppliers and a solid understanding of the telecom network domain.
- Track record of selling complex technology solutions to telecom operators or service providers.
- Experience presenting to and influencing CTO and C-suite stakeholders.
- Commercially driven with the energy, ambition and resilience to thrive in a high-growth environment.
- Willingness and flexibility to undertake regular UK and international travel.
