Who we are

At Tenzo, we’re transforming the way restaurants operate. Our Restaurant Reporting & Intelligence platform brings together data from multiple systems to deliver real-time, actionable insights - helping operators boost sales, cut waste, and run smoother businesses. As one of our customers put it, “It’s helped us make smarter, faster decisions and spot opportunities we might have missed before.”

We’re a team of hospitality enthusiasts and tech builders backed by top-tier Silicon Valley investors and guided by experienced advisors including Jane O'Riordan and Floor Bleeker. We work with 200+ logos including leading hospitality brands like IHG hotels, Knoops, JKS, and Time Out Markets across Asia, Africa, North America, Europe, and Australia - and we’re just getting started. Join us on our mission to help restaurants around the world move from surviving to thriving.

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Director to lead and scale our Sales function. You will be responsible for driving our commercial strategy, managing the pipeline and revenue targets, and coaching a high-performing team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will partner with Marketing and Customer success to optimize our GTM motion and ensure we continue to deliver exceptional value to our customers as we scale.

Your Mission

  • Direct and scale Tenzo's existing Sales team, driving performance across both SMB and mid-market restaurant and hospitality segments.
  • Own the end-to-end commercial engine, including pipeline management, forecasting, revenue targets, and the refinement of our GTM strategy for different tiers.
  • Coach, mentor, and retain our existing team while fostering a strong, inclusive culture and building the operational rhythm - from 1:1s and pipeline reviews to enablement and playbooks.
  • Apply rigorous commercial discipline; leverage data - from CAC and payback to win rates and sales cycles - to diagnose performance, optimize processes, and ensure we scale with quality.
  • Work closely with founders, marketing, and CS teams to align on demand generation, expansion, and retention strategies as a strategic voice for the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
