The Role

Own and develop a substantial portfolio of UK and international strategic accounts.

  • Strengthen and expand relationships with major cosmetics and beauty brand owners.
  • Drive account growth, retention and new business within the primary cosmetics packaging market.
  • Build a robust pipeline and lead commercial discussions with senior stakeholders.
  • Represent the business at customer meetings, industry events and sector organisations.
  • Work closely with internal project, technical and operational teams to deliver customer requirements.
  • Provide market and competitive insight to inform commercial strategy.
  • Progress into broader European sales leadership, including future team development.

About You

  • Established commercial leader in primary packaging, cosmetics packaging or a closely related sector.
  • Strong existing network of customer and industry relationships.
  • Proven success managing and growing major national or international accounts.
  • Relationship-led business development approach with credibility at senior customer levels.
  • Comfortable operating across UK and international markets.
  • Hands-on, customer-facing and commercially hungry; willing to carry and grow a personal book of accounts.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing and communication skills.
  • Ambition and capability to progress into a European CCO position.
  • Proven people-management experience is advantageous but not essential; outstanding global account leaders with clear leadership potential will be considered.
