Sales Director/ Director of Business Development | Online Sample & Panels

📍 UK Remote | Full-Time Contract
💸 upto £90,000 + uncapped commission (DoE)

Please note this role will be employed as a long-term Contract OUTSIDE of IR35

We're looking for a driven Sales Director with proven experience selling online sample and fieldwork solutions to Market Research Agencies and Management Consulting Firms globally.

What you'll be doing:

  • Prospecting and acquiring new clients across MR agencies, research consultancies, and management consulting firms
  • Managing the full RFQ cycle: feasibility, pricing, negotiation, and close
  • Owning monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and margin targets
  • Collaborating with panel partners and sample suppliers on sourcing and pricing
  • Representing the business at industry events and conferences

What we're looking for:

  • 4-6+ years in online sample/panel sales or market research services sales
  • Strong existing network of research buyers, procurement teams, or insights professionals
  • Solid understanding of online quant methodology: CPI models, incidence rates, quota structures, respondent sourcing
  • Experience managing RFQs, proposal development, and commercial negotiations
  • Proven track record achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in B2B, B2C or Healthcare is beneficial or advantageous
