Sales Director
£80,000 - £90,000 + Package
Sheffield with International travel.
Wolf Safety, in partnership with Elevation Recruitment Group, is seeking to appoint a Sales Director for this key leadership role. This is a significant opportunity for an experienced commercial leader to shape global sales strategy, strengthen brand presence, and accelerate growth across international markets. You will lead and develop a team of 7 across sales and marketing, driving performance, alignment, and growth across all commercial activity.
The role will also take a leading position on market diversification, identifying and developing opportunities in new and emerging sectors and geographies. This will include trade missions, market intelligence gathering, and building relationships in new markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead global sales and marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
- Drive revenue growth across international markets, sectors, and product groups.
- Develop and manage key customer, distributor, and partner relationships.
- Oversee pricing, margins, forecasting, budgets, and commercial performance.
- Lead and develop high-performing sales and marketing teams.
- Ensure strong people leadership across the functions, setting clear objectives, driving accountability, and supporting professional development and succession planning.
- Direct marketing activity including campaigns, exhibitions, product launches, and digital strategy.
- Monitor market trends, distributor performance, pipeline activity, and campaign effectiveness.
- Represent Wolf Safety at senior customer meetings and industry events.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven senior sales and marketing leadership experience within safety-critical sectors.
- Experience with ATEX-accredited products is highly desirable.
- Strong commercial and strategic capability with international B2B experience.
- Experience managing distributor networks and delivering sustainable growth.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven, commercially focused, and confident operating at senior leadership level.
