About the Role
This is a board-level leadership role with national responsibility for driving sustainable growth, market share and commercial performance. Leading Key Accounts, Area Sales, Inside Sales and end-to-end post-sales, the Sales Director will shape and execute the SBU commercial strategy, strengthen customer relationships and work closely with the Executive Team to deliver business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape and execute the commercial strategy to drive sustainable growth
- Identify market, customer and competitor-led growth opportunities
- Drive Right First Time across the customer and rental journey
- Own revenue targets, forecasting and commercial performance
- Partner cross-functionally to enable effective decision-making and execution
- Provide market insight to influence product and pricing strategy
- Lead, develop and motivate a high-performing sales organisation
- Build a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement
- Develop strong customer, partner and stakeholder relationships
- Build a robust leadership and succession pipeline

What We’re Looking For
- Proven senior sales leadership experience in a relevant environment
- Strong strategic vision, commercial acumen and analytical capability
- Exceptional leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence at all levels, internally and externally
- Creative, adaptable and commercially focused problem-solver
- Passion for innovation, continuous improvement and sustainable business practices
- Degree in Business or a related discipline
