Sales & Education Advisor – London, Pixi Boutique

Role Overview

The Sales & Education Advisor will be the face of Pixi’s London boutique, maximizing boutique sales while creating passionate, informed customers. This person lives and breathes the Pixi by Petra philosophy – fuss-free, botanical-driven beauty, and uses it to inspire purchases. The role is 70% hands-on selling and 30% education/mentoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales: Proactively exceed weekly and monthly sales targets through one-on-one consultations, in-store events and pop-up promotions. Coordinate with management to plan a store calendar that maximizes foot traffic and sales (brand launches, seasonal campaigns). Use superior selling skills and product knowledge to close sales and grow revenue.
  • Customer Consultations: Greet customers promptly and engage them in conversation to assess needs. Provide tailored skincare/makeup recommendations based on Pixi’s award-winning products (e.g. Glow Tonic, Vitamin C Serum, On-The-Glow Blush) and apply/demo products as needed. Ensure each customer leaves loving their look and the Pixi experience.
  • Education & Brand Evangelism: Host mini-tutorials and product masterclasses (for customers and staff) that teach Pixi application techniques and ingredients. “Educate” (train) boutique team members on hero products and unique selling points so they can, in turn, upsell confidently. Craft compelling storytelling around Petra’s founding vision and the brand’s botanicals, making Pixi’s mission resonate. Develop brand advocates by delivering outstanding service and building client relationships.
  • Merchandising & Store Presentation: Maintain a polished, on-brand display and well-stocked inventory. Ensure all products are face-forward and presentation matches Pixi’s aesthetic. Report low stock or replenishment needs promptly. Keep demo area organized and appealing to boost trial and sales.
  • Reporting & Follow-Up: Track personal sales metrics daily (e.g. units sold, conversion rate) and report weekly to management. Follow up on VIP clients and gift buyers to drive repeat sales. Assist in executing corporate initiatives and provide feedback on product performance and customer trends.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
