Sales & Education Supervisor:
The Sales & Education Supervisor (SES) plays a vital role in ensuring tarte's regional UK-level success. The SES is responsible for interacting with store employees and clients at designated stores. They represent tarte's mission statement, educate customers on tarte products, teach tarte artistry techniques, and work towards generating sales. SES provides in-store brand support and training to drive sales, and conducts impactful, sales-driven events to achieve set goals as directed by the applicable Sales Director. Through education, selling skills, and tarteistry, the SES is expected to achieve sales goals for the UK region.
The ideal candidate enjoys working in a retail environment, is passionate about providing excellent customer service, and has prior experience in retail, artistry, and education. The candidate should have strong selling skills and be able to consult and build a sale while following our retailer's guidelines and standards. They should also be able to organize and conduct successful events and training sessions at the store level. Good communication skills, timely reporting, and a willingness to collaborate with beauty advisors are necessary. Finally, the candidate must be energetic, passionate, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Primary Responsibilities:
Sales, Event, Education & Tarteistry
- Achieve targeted sales goals for assigned stores.
- Coordinate and schedule in-store sales support through freelance agencies, events, and education initiatives.
- Act as primary day-to-day brand contact for designated stores.
- Educate Sephora cast with a focus on product knowledge, tarteistry & selling skills.
- Partner with store teams to plan in-store events and education initiatives to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
- Evaluate each store’s sales results with the Sales & Education Supervisor, Area Manager, or Regional Manager.
- Build and develop strong relationships with retailer partners at store level.

Operations
- Complete schedules, t-sheets, Concur, sales & event recaps by due dates.
- Review the in-store merchandising and visual programs and communicate concerns via internal files.
- Be the “eyes and ears” of the brand at store level; provide continual communication of any store concerns, stock concerns, product issues, space and location challenges to the Area Manager or S&E Supervisor.
Qualifications & Required Skills:
- 2-3 years of retail sales & artistry experience
- Demonstrated skills in communication, selling, product knowledge, events, artistry & education.
- Ability to take strategic direction based on sales analysis.
- Memorable, positive, professional & enthusiastic presence.
- Self-motivated, committed & goal-oriented individual.
- Multi-store visit calendar booking & management ability.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Flexibility with work hours, i.e., weekends & evenings.
- Experience working in an open-selling environment.
