About the Role
Join our new European Sales Training & Capability Academy and play a key role in creating and shaping how commercial teams across BD learn, develop, and perform.
As a Sales Enablement & Capability Trainer, you’ll be part of a new team of five colleagues based across Europe, enabling us to deliver high-quality, in-language training tailored to our local markets.
You’ll deliver engaging sales training and coaching across Europe, helping customer-facing teams and managers turn methodologies, tools, and insights into confident, impactful customer interactions.
This is an exciting opportunity to combine facilitation, coaching, sales excellence, digital learning, data, and AI-enabled tools in a highly visible European role, while helping to build the future of our European Sales Training & Capability Academy.
Travel: Approximately 30% across Europe
What you’ll do
- Deliver engaging in-person, virtual, and blended sales training across Europe.
- Facilitate learning for sales teams, and other customer-facing roles, and frontline sales managers.
- Translate sales methodologies and commercial tools into practical, real-world customer scenarios.
- Support managers with coaching tools and reinforcement activities to embed learning in the field.
- Partner with Sales Leaders, Commercial Excellence, and cross-functional teams to ensure training meets local business needs.
- Use learner feedback, assessment, and adoption data to identify capability gaps and improve learning impact.
- Share best practices and help create and shape a consistent European Sales Training & Capability Academy.
What you’ll bring
- Strong experience in sales training, commercial capability, facilitation, or learning & development.
- Excellent facilitation and coaching skills, both face-to-face and virtually.
- Experience working with or supporting customer-facing teams in a complex, consultative environment.
- Fluent English, at least one additional European language would be a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management skills in an international, matrix environment.
- Confidence using digital learning, data, and AI-enabled tools.
- Experience with sales methodologies or direct customer-facing experience is a strong advantage.
- MedTech or healthcare experience is a plus, not a requirement.
- Willingness to travel approximately 30% across Europe.

Salary range
£60,000 - 79,800 + bonus + benefits

Salary Range Information
£59,100.00 - £90,150.00 GBP Annual
