Job Title

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for an entry level role with the chance to develop a career. The successful candidate will support the Sales Excellence Team across all of the functions, including Sprint campaigns, global client and project feedback programme, client management programme, Growth Team global Connect Page, research and support on business systems and analytics.

Role Responsibilities

Sprint Office

  • Developing and maintaining a program tracker for Sprint campaigns for FY27.
  • Running Sprint Campaigns via HubSpot, to capture marketing / initial profile raising, client outreach, and sales.
  • Arranging Teams call for the Sprint Office with the Sprint Teams.
  • Supporting potential Sprint teams in the early stage preparation to ensure that the value proposition, target market, and client personas and target are defined.
  • Participate in Sprint Value proposition workshops and also Sprint kick off meetings and review meetings.
  • Capture out-turn from Sprint campaigns and create Sprint profiles.
  • Maintain data on proposals and projects from the Sprint campaigns via HubSpot.
  • Capturing lessons learnt for internal or external knowledge share.
  • Maintain the Sprint Connect Page.
  • Work with Marketing to create Sprint internal communications.

Sales Excellence Office Reporting & Global Client Programme

  • Providing support to the Global Head of Sales Excellence with reporting on Global Client Account Program and Sales Excellence initiatives.

Global Project Feedback Programme

  • Instigating investigations for low scores or negative client feedback.
  • Creating and circulating monthly dashboards and responding to additional requests for information on specific feedback.

The SLR Way

  • Maintaining and updating where needed the Connect page for The SLR Way Client Engagement. Adding new resources or links to the page and making edits.

Performance Academy Metrics and Reporting

  • Providing support with the monitoring of performance and metrics and reporting.
