About the Role
As a member of our leadership team, you will shape the strategy, programmes, tools and frameworks that drive sales capability, productivity and commercial success. In a fast-growing payroll and HR technology business, you'll play a pivotal role in helping our commercial teams perform at their best and support the next phase of company growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the company's Sales Enablement strategy.
- Design and deliver onboarding, training and continuous learning programmes.
- Drive adoption of sales methodologies, tools and best practices.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Revenue Operations and Customer teams to improve commercial effectiveness.
- Create scalable enablement frameworks, content and resources that support sales performance.
- Use data and insights to identify capability gaps and implement practical solutions.
- Establish clear measures of success and demonstrate the impact of enablement programmes.
- Lead change initiatives that improve productivity, consistency and commercial outcomes.
- Manage and develop one direct report while building broader organisational capability.
Essential Experience
- Proven experience in a Sales Enablement leadership role within a SaaS, technology or high-growth environment.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies and commercial operating models.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving change across complex organisations.
- Track record of delivering cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Product and Revenue Operations teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn insight into actions that improve business performance.
- Experience designing, implementing and measuring enablement programmes that deliver commercial results.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills
- Experience working closely with Revenue Operations, Marketing and Product teams.
- Experience building, scaling or transforming a Sales Enablement or Revenue Enablement function.
- Experience operating within a high-growth or transformational business.
- Knowledge of sales enablement technologies, CRM platforms and learning management tools.
