Who we are
We believe everyone can be better with a coach... and we won’t stop until we get there.
Coaching changes people’s lives. It helps them be happier and more productive in their work. It turns entire companies into more inclusive, more productive places to be. That’s why we’ve made it easy for more people – not just those at the top – to benefit from the world’s best coaches. This is true of our EZRA team. We believe a happy team is a productive one. We help our people grow, to care deeply about and be proud of what we do.
The Role
We’re all about ongoing learning and growth of our people, and our Sales Enablement function is necessary for facilitating this for our Sellers. As part of this objective, the Sales Enablement Lead is an important role to driving our end-to-end process for equipping our Sales team with the knowledge and skills they need, from initial consultation and through delivery. Reporting into the VP, Revenue Enablement, your output and areas of ownership will include completing these recommendations by planning, prioritizing, developing, and delivering communication and enablement material to all Sellers at EZRA.
What You'll Do:
- Partner with Sales Leadership and Sellers to gather needs and trends across regions and functions, using these insights to prioritize the creation, communication, maintenance, and engagement of enablement programs that support sales effectiveness and seller performance.
- Design and develop enablement programs, delivering enablement experiences when appropriate, applying the ADDIE framework across analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Programs are designed to drive core sales behaviours and outcomes such as improving time to value, sales cycle efficiency, deal quality, retention, and expansion.
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations and cross-functional partners to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities by region and segment, contributing recommendations that support growth, performance, and overall seller impact.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively, meeting schedules, adapting to change, and communicating risks or blockers in a timely manner to support successful delivery.
- Partner with the Revenue Enablement Programs team to maintain enablement content within our LMS based on change initiatives, business events and trend identification across the business.
- Monitor engagement and effectiveness of enablement output; analyze quantitative and qualitative trends and apply insights to maintain and continuously improve enablement programs.
- Maintain a reliable, professional presence, including flexibility for global collaboration when required.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
