About Sportradar

Founded in 2001, Sportradar is a global leader in sports technology, trusted by federations, media organisations and betting operators across more than 20 countries. We sit at the intersection of sport, data and technology, and we are one of the reasons the modern sports industry works the way it does.

Every match, every moment, every data point. We capture it, structure it, and turn it into products our clients build their businesses on. When a live odds feed updates in milliseconds, when a governing body catches a corrupted match, when a brand reaches fans at the exact second a goal goes in, that is our technology.

Our portfolio spans real-time sports data, media rights products, advertising technology, integrity services and emerging prediction markets. Few commercial organisations anywhere are this broad.

That breadth is our biggest advantage. This role exists for someone hungry to sharpen how we sell it and turn it into revenue, faster and more consistently, across every region.

Why This Role

  • You will own enablement across the full commercial funnel: SDRs, Sales Executives and Account Managers, in four regions
  • You will work at the intersection of coaching, data and AI, using all three as core inputs rather than bolt-ons
  • You will be measured on revenue impact, and you will have the mandate and the leadership backing to work that way

The Challenge

This is a role for a builder.

Our revenue organisation spans EMEA, APAC, North America and LATAM, sells across more than ten distinct product lines, and is scaling fast. Enablement here already has foundations to work from. What it needs now is someone to take it into its next chapter and match the pace the commercial organisation is moving at.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You will shape what enablement means at Sportradar: the methodology, the frameworks, and the metrics it is held to. Enablement earns its seat at the commercial table by proving incremental revenue. We want someone who can show that a sharper discovery framework lifted opportunity-to-close rates by a measurable margin, that a coaching programme moved average deal size, that a redesigned ramp brought forward first revenue by weeks.

That responsibility runs the full length of the funnel. SDRs generating first conversations, Sales Executives running complex multi-stakeholder deals, Account Managers protecting and expanding existing revenue. Each needs a different intervention, and each moves a different metric. We are looking for someone who understands where the highest leverage sits at every stage, and who can build for a first-week SDR and a fifteen-year enterprise seller in the same quarter.

We are benchmarking against the best go-to-market enablement functions in SaaS, and we want someone who knows what that standard looks like because they have worked inside it.

What You Will Own

  • Sales methodology: Own, embed and govern a common commercial language across every region and product line: qualification, discovery, value framing, multi-threading, and commercial negotiation. This includes selecting or refining the methodology itself, then building the reinforcement, certification and deal-level coaching that makes it stick.
  • Data and diagnosis: Own the answer to the question: what is actually working, and what is not. Use CRM data, win and loss analysis, conversation intelligence and funnel performance to locate where deals slow down. Bring findings to sales leadership with a point of view attached and a plan ready to be actioned.
  • AI native delivery: Treat AI as core infrastructure rather than a side project. Drive adoption across the commercial team and use AI to capture and interpret the data. Scale personalised coaching, compress content production from weeks to days, and put usable intelligence in front of sellers at the point of need.
  • Manager partnership: Work directly with front-line managers to design curated, specialist enablement for their teams, territories and segments. Diagnose the specific gap, build the specific intervention, measure whether it moved the number.
  • Onboarding and ramp: Build role-specific ramp paths for every commercial profile that get new hires productive faster and prove the improvement with evidence rather than sentiment.
  • Commercial launches and change: Lead the enablement workstream for transformation, new product introduction and go-to-market shifts. Own the run of show, pull in the right internal specialists, and land the change consistently across
