This position reports to: Commercial Excellence & Pricing Manager
About the role
The Sales Enablement Leader is responsible for developing and deploying global sales processes, best practices, programs and initiatives that empower the sales team with the knowledge, skills and tools they need to succeed. The role oversees CRM management, designs comprehensive training programs and ensures sales processes are aligned with business objectives.
Your role and responsibilities
Sales enablement and leadership
- Develop and deploy global sales processes, best practices, programs and initiatives that enable sales teams to succeed.
- Ensure sales processes and enablement activities remain aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Service and other global functions to align sales enablement efforts.
Training and development
- Identify and develop a comprehensive training program covering CRM usage, sales techniques, product knowledge and other relevant skills.
- Partner with sales academy training teams to implement the program and propose external support when needed.
- Define and deploy a consistent methodology for collecting training needs and requirements, including standard assessment tools for HUB and Local Division teams.
- Evaluate organizational performance to ensure training meets business needs, improves performance and is updated accordingly.

CRM management and roadmap
- Use Salesforce.com to drive commercial excellence, overseeing its administration and management and ensuring it is configured to support sales processes and workflows.
- Identify and champion CRM upgrades and enhancements, and create and maintain a CRM product roadmap aligned with business strategy.
- Gain buy-in from HUB and Business Line sales teams for implementation.
Sales support and CRM governance
- Provide ongoing support, mentoring and training to HUB, Business Line and Local Division sales leaders and teams on relevant tools, concepts and best practices.
- Define and resource the team required to run the overall CRM program for Energy Industries, including governance beyond specific enhancement projects.

Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education or a related field.
- At least five years of experience in sales enablement, sales training or a related role.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, such as Salesforce, and sales enablement tools.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
- Analytical mindset and ability to use data to drive decision-making, supported by strong organizational and project management skills.
- Preferred: Process Automation industry experience, certification in sales training or enablement, and experience with e-learning platforms and tools.
