Sales Enablement Lead

Our Client

We're working with a fast-growing SaaS platform at the forefront of AI-enabled Governance, Risk and Compliance. Their platform helps organisations navigate increasingly complex risk, cybersecurity, compliance and supply-chain challenges, and the market has never been more ready for it.

  • Trusted by 400+ customers across Financial Services, Retail, Government, Legal and Enterprise
  • Gartner-recognised solution with a serious product investment roadmap
  • Growing 70% year-on-year and racing past £10m ARR
  • Just hired 7 BDRs and building out a significantly bigger GTM team
  • Launching in the US, with new hires now landing in the American market
  • Curious, courageous, high-energy culture, not a corporate machine
  • Just launched an AI-native GTM tool that's already driving huge results, 210 new business meetings booked in the last two weeks alone
  • This is their first Sales Enablement hire, a blank-canvas opportunity to build the function from the ground up in a business scaling its GTM team fast across the UK and US.

What You'll Get

  • A career-defining chance to build and own Sales Enablement at a high-growth business, with the backing of an exceptional sales leadership team and a direct line to the exec team.
  • £80,000–£100,000 package, with flexibility for the right hire
  • Private healthcare and life insurance
  • Perkbox membership and a range of lifestyle schemes
  • Pension scheme, birthday leave, long-service rewards
  • Full ownership of the enablement function, with real influence over GTM strategy
  • Work across UK & US markets as the company scales internationally
  • Close exposure to leadership (Sales Leadership, Head of Pre-Sales, CPO, exec team)
  • London-based – 3 days a week

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What You'll Do

As the first enablement hire, you'll design, build and run the systems, processes and programmes that help a fast-growing sales team ramp quicker, sell better and win more. This role is about doing the work, not just writing strategy about it.

  • Build the enablement function from scratch, setting priorities, frameworks and success metrics
  • Design and deliver onboarding and ramp programmes for BDRs and AEs across UK & US
  • Embed MEDDICC and Command of the Message across the full sales cycle
  • Create and maintain sales playbooks, talk tracks, battlecards and objection handling
  • Run ongoing training, deal coaching and skills development alongside sales leadership
  • Partner with RevOps on process, tooling and CRM hygiene so the team sells consistently
  • Work with Marketing, Product and Pre-Sales to turn product and market insight into sales-ready content
  • Measure what works (ramp time, conversion rates, win rates) and iterate quickly

  • Strong track record of tenure and progression in your previous roles
  • Credibility with sales teams, able to coach AEs and BDRs and earn buy-in from leadership
