I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You Will Do
- Design and own the end-to-end sales enablement strategy, including the frameworks, onboarding programs, and certification roadmaps that scale as the business moves upmarket.
- Operationalize a consistent enterprise sales methodology, such as MEDDPICC or Command of the Message, across discovery, qualification, multi-threading, and executive engagement cycles.
- Create playbooks and training specifically for agentic AI solutions, equipping customer-facing teams to navigate both technical (IT/Security) and business (C-suite) buying committees effectively.
The ideal candidate
- You have 5+ years of experience in Sales or Revenue Enablement and a proven track record of building an enablement function from zero within a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
- You possess deep expertise in enterprise sales motions for complex, technical products like AI, automation, or infrastructure, with the ability to translate technical features into business value.
- You are a data-driven, hands-on doer who can author content and run training sessions while building reporting frameworks to measure impact on win rates and ramp times.
