An exciting Sales Enablement Manager opportunity

With a growing B2B SaaS business is looking for a commercially minded professional to optimise customer journeys, improve lead conversion and enhance sales effectiveness through automation, analytics and process improvement.

Hybrid working

  • 1 day per week in the office - Horsham
  • 9-month Fixed Term Contract
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Salary: £60,000 + bonus

The Job

As the Sales Enablement Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Analysing customer trial journeys to identify drop-off points and opportunities to improve conversion rates.
  • Building and optimising automated customer journeys across CRM and customer engagement platforms.
  • Running A/B testing programmes to improve engagement, messaging and customer progression.
  • Using customer data, behavioural insights and AI-powered tools to create more personalised prospect experiences.
  • Identifying gaps in sales processes and ensuring all leads and opportunities are effectively managed.
  • Creating automated workflows, alerts and reporting that improve sales follow-up and conversion.
  • Surfacing actionable insights that enable sales teams to work more effectively.
  • Monitoring customer engagement data and continually optimising the sales funnel.
  • Working closely with Sales, Product and Marketing teams to drive process improvements.
  • Developing scalable systems and best practices that enhance both customer experience and commercial performance.

You

  • Previous experience within a SaaS or subscription-based business.
  • Strong experience with CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot or similar tools.
  • Background in Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or Marketing Automation.
  • Experience building workflows, automations, reporting and customer nurture journeys.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience improving customer lifecycle journeys and conversion performance.
  • Knowledge of customer engagement platforms and automation tools.
  • Experience leveraging AI and technology to improve operational efficiency.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A proactive, commercially focused mindset with strong critical thinking ability.
