Application Deadline: 30 November 2026

Department: Business Operations

Employment Type: Fixed Term - Full Time

Location: London

Reporting To: Head of Sales Enablement

Description

The Sales Enablement manager role is fixed term for ~13 months. They will be responsible for building and executing a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that improves the effectiveness, consistency and productivity of the Sales organisation. Working closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing and Product leadership, the role will ensure that commercial teams have the skills, knowledge, processes, tools and content required to position Centellic's solutions effectively and achieve revenue goals.

The role will own key elements of the seller journey, from onboarding and continuous development through to sales methodology, product and proposition knowledge, sales tools, playbooks and in-the-flow enablement. A core focus will be ensuring that enablement is embedded into the day-to-day sales environment, including within Salesforce and other tools used by the Sales organisation.

This is a highly collaborative and data-led role. The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to Sales and Revenue Operations leadership, identifying areas where seller capability, process, content or technology can improve commercial performance and translating those opportunities into practical enablement programmes.

The role will also establish clear measures of enablement effectiveness, connecting participation and adoption with commercial outcomes such as pipeline generation, conversion, sales cycle velocity and revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy aligned to Centellic's overall commercial objectives and revenue goals.
  • Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations leadership to identify capability, process and performance gaps and develop targeted interventions to address them.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to regional Sales leadership, providing recommendations that improve sales productivity, consistency and effectiveness.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing and development across the Sales organisation.
  • Develop and own a best-in-class onboarding programme that provides a consistent experience and foundation for new commercial employees globally.
  • Build structured learning programmes that develop seller capability across the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, qualification, solution positioning, value articulation, negotiation and closing.
  • Create and deliver engaging training programmes, workshops, coaching sessions and supporting materials for diverse commercial audiences.
  • Maintain accurate records of training participation and completion, enabling the business to evaluate engagement and connect enablement activity with commercial outcomes.
  • Develop effective in-the-flow enablement, ensuring sellers can access relevant guidance, content and learning at the point of need, including through Salesforce and other sales technologies.
  • Work with Revenue Operations and Sales leadership to embed consistent sales methodologies, processes and best practices across the Sales organisation.
  • Support the adoption and effective utilisation of Salesforce and the wider sales technology stack, ensuring technology supports rather than adds friction to the seller workflow.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, seller productivity and technology adoption through training, guidance and workflow-based enablement.
  • Translate commercial processes and methodologies into practical playbooks, tools, templates and resources that sellers can use in their day-to-day work.
  • Create, audit and maintain sales enablement documentation, including playbooks, training materials, process guidance and knowledge-management assets.
  • Ensure Sales teams can easily find and use the right information, content and guidance throughout the sales process.
  • Work closely with Marketing to ensure consistent messaging and develop compelling sales assets including pitch materials, presentations, case studies, product sheets and other customer-facing collateral.
  • Partner with Product teams to translate product capabilities, features, positioning and competitive differentiation into clear and compelling sales narratives.
  • Ensure enablement content remains relevant, accurate and aligned with changing products, markets and commercial priorities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
