Sales Enablement Manager
Department: Sales
Employment Type: Full Time
Location: Zinc - London
Reporting To: Frances Arville, Head of Sales
Compensation: £70,000 - £90,000 / year
Description
✨Zinc is scaling its commercial motion — new enterprise pipeline, a growing AE team, increased focus on account expansion, and reps at different stages of ramp. This is our first dedicated enablement hire, working closely with our Head of Sales to build the function from the ground up. You'll be hands-on from day one: turning what Sales, Product, and Marketing already know into material and coaching that helps every rep sell Zinc's story consistently, from first call to closed-won and beyond.🚀
Key Responsibilities 🗝️
⚡️Own the AE onboarding & ramp strategy: design the playbook that gets new AEs productive fast — product knowledge, ICP, objection handling, narrative and competitive positioning — and iterate it as the team scales.
✨Set the standard for SDR/AE/AM consistency: define how pre-sales and post-sales messaging stays aligned across the full customer lifecycle, and hold the line on it as new reps and products come online.
☀️Content strategy that sells: partner with Marketing and Product leadership to turn case studies, ROI data, and feature releases into first-call decks, pipeline collateral, one-pagers, and battlecards reps actually use — using the deal room, video, GIFs, and Claude. You'll be a producer, not a project manager, but you'll also decide what gets built and why.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
Graduate Consultant — 2026 Scheme
Why you're a good match
StrongYour economics background and your summer at a regional bank line up with what PwC looks for on the consulting scheme. Applications close in four weeks.
See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
✨Coaching & certification: design and run the call review, skill assessment, and refresher cadence that keeps the team improving well past onboarding.
⚡️Tooling ownership: partner with RevOps and GTM engineering to shape the sales stack reps touch daily (HubSpot, Gong, enablement content hub) — you'll have a real say in how it's configured.
⭐️Needs assessment: run the gap-analysis process across reps and managers (1:1s, surveys, call reviews) and use it to set enablement's priorities, not just react to requests.
💫Multi-format delivery: decide the right mix of live training, async modules, job aids, and peer coaching so enablement fits around a working sales floor.
☄️Performance feedback loop: own the reporting on enablement impact against quota attainment, ramp time, and win rate, and present results and roadmap to Sales leadership each quarter.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise 🚀
⭐️5+ years in sales enablement, sales ops, or real closing sales experience at a B2B SaaS company, ideally selling into mid-market/enterprise, with some prior ownership of an enablement function or program.
📚A gift for storytelling — building clear, compelling narratives, both internally and in external resources.
🎨Not a master of visual design, but you know what looks good and can replicate it.
🧐Relentlessly curious, with a passion for understanding what makes people tick and a drive to build a deep understanding of whatever industry you're operating in.

Get help with your application
Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
💰Fluent in the standard sales playbooks (MEDDPIC etc.), and confident enough in the craft to know where they break down and adapt accordingly.
🏋️♀️Comfortable designing and delivering training yourself — a builder and facilitator, not just a project manager.
📈Data-literate: you can pull HubSpot/Gong data, spot where reps are losing deals or stalling, and turn that into an enablement fix, working cross-functionally with our RevOps Manager to lift conversion rates and sales velocity.
📝Excellent written and verbal communicator — you'll be creating content and coaching people at every level, from new starters to senior AEs, and comfortable presenting results to leadership.
