Sales Enablement Manager

Location: UK-based role

Contract: Permanent, Full Time

Salary: Up to £47,000 Per Annum

About The Role

As the Sales Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality reporting and actionable insight across multiple clients. In this dynamic role, you will be tasked with ensuring consistent standards, optimal ways of working and data capture are delivered effectively. You will be managing a team of Client Reporting and Insight, and Data Executives, ensuring the team delivers high quality insights and reporting for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver the Reporting & Insight strategy across various clients
  • Ensure outputs are accurate, timely and commercially focused
  • Oversee the prioritisation of tasks and resource allocation across the team
  • Ensure optimised and consistent ways of working are embedded
  • Drive continuous improvement by encouraging insights are high quality and impactful
  • Work to continuously refine and improve upon reporting and insight outputs
  • Responsible for managing and developing the Insight & Data Executives
  • Prioritising workload across teams and ensuring optimised deployment of resources
  • Supporting senior internal stakeholders to ensure they are properly equipped with impactful reporting and insights to help them deliver optimum value to clients
  • Ensuring data capture is consistent and staying on top of cross-client trends and insights
  • Regular communication with Client Leads to ensure team activity maintains alignment with client goals

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in reporting, insight or analytics within a commercial or operational environment
  • Strong people management experience
  • Advanced insight storytelling - ability to turn numbers into a clear narrative and recommendation
  • Ability to improve processes and implement standardised processes
  • Experience of managing stakeholders at varying levels and working to competing deadlines
  • Strong experience in reporting / insight / sales operations in a commercial environment, with confidence handling multiple stakeholders and
  • Knowledge of Power BI to be able to diagnose issues & communicate effectively
  • Experience of using AI to add value to insights
