About the Job

We are seeking a results-oriented Sales Enablement Manager to join a nimble, high-performing team. You will play a critical role in supporting our Account Executives, Account Managers, Customer Success teams. In this role, you will help shape the growth of our business by turning strategy into execution. Collaboration with stakeholders across the organization is essential to ensure our Go-To-Market efforts are aligned and our field teams are empowered.

You will be the primary engine for coaching reps to onboard and uplevel their selling skills. You will also be an essential technology partner within the team. While you don't need to be our primary technical expert, you must be a quick learner who can pick up our internal systems and enablement tools to leverage in our programs and day-to-day operations. Most importantly, you should bring a curious, forward-thinking mindset and a keen interest in leveraging AI to optimize our sales activities. You will be part of a small, but agile team where you will be able to see the impact of your work.

This position reports directly to the Director of Sales Enablement.

Responsibilities

  • Cross-Functional GTM Alignment: Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, Marketing, and Supplier Success to ensure cross-functional alignment in Go-To-Market efforts.
  • Onboarding: Own the Onboarding process and experience of new reps across all teams, with an aim to improve ramp time and streamline onboarding efforts.
  • Continuous Learning & Content: Contribute to foundational and continuous learning programs, including content creation, instructor-led training, and everboarding initiatives.
  • Technology & Systems Agility: Learn our enablement technology stack well enough to troubleshoot, assist stakeholders, and serve as a reliable backup to our Highspot admin.
  • AI Adoption & Optimization: Champion the use of AI (Claude, Gemini, Glean, etc.) within the sales organization, eagerly testing and applying AI tools to improve sales efficiency and enablement activities.
  • Analysis & Reporting: Undertake analysis and reporting projects to track the progress and efficacy of enablement programs.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience Required

  • Experience: 3+ years experience in sales, sales enablement, or a closely related strategic role.
  • Business Acumen & Methodology: High sales credibility with a proven track record of directly supporting or closing complex deals. Deep understanding and practical experience with Value Selling methodologies is strongly preferred. Alternatively, deep knowledge of the fin-tech industry and market dynamics is required.
  • Tech Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn new technologies and systems. While deep technical expertise isn't required, a high willingness to roll up your sleeves and learn our toolstack is essential.
  • Impact: Track record of delivering measurable business outcomes (e.g., increased velocity, increased win-rates, decreased rep ramp-up time).
  • Working Style: Quick-thinking, flexible, and able to operate autonomously in a small, collaborative team environment. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills with a high degree of ownership.

Preferred

  • Coaching Aptitude: Demonstrated ability to coach both individual contributors and managers, with a strong understanding of sales methodologies and deal strategy.
  • AI Curiosity: A keen interest in AI and its applications in sales. Prior extensive experience with AI isn't mandatory, but an eagerness to learn, experiment, and adopt these tools is required.
  • Technology: Experience with Highspot, SalesForce, & Articulate Rise a plus

Compensation is based on a variety of factors including (but not limited to): skills, depth of work experience, certifications, geography, etc. Total compensation for this role includes a generous benefits program, RSU incentive plan and annual performance bonus. Compensation & Pay Transparency

SAP Taulia believes that pay transparency contributes to an honest, supportive culture and is a vital part of our commitment to equity. The estimated annualized base salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $130,000.00.

This range represents a good faith estimate of the base salary at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined by a variety of factors, including (but not limited to) the candidate’s specific skills, depth of experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
