Hello, let us introduce ourselves!

watchTowr is the Preemptive Exposure Management capability trusted by Fortune 500 companies and critical infrastructure providers.

By combining proactive threat intelligence, real attacker telemetry, and automated red teaming, watchTowr continuously identifies and validates real exposure - so security teams can outrun real-world threats.

When exploitation happens in hours, watchTowr delivers what no one else can: time to respond.

We are a global team of operators, researchers, and engineers who have spent years thinking like attackers - and we are now building the technology to stop them. Our work is recognised across the industry, with original vulnerability research from watchTowr Labs and innovations like Instinct and Attacker Eye shaping the future of cybersecurity.

Backed by $29M in funding, recognised by Gartner, and scaling fast across the globe, we are in a high-growth phase of our journey. We are a young, high-energy, and research-driven team, obsessed with building world-class technology - and we want exceptional people to join us.

But what’s the role?

We are looking for a commercially-minded and highly motivated Sales Enablement Manager with proven experience designing and delivering high-impact sales enablement programmes within high-growth cybersecurity or B2B SaaS organisations. This role is responsible for owning and evolving watchTowr's global sales enablement function, ensuring our Account Executives, SDRs and reseller partners have the knowledge, skills, tools and content they need to confidently position and sell watchTowr's Preemptive Exposure Management platform.

You will play a critical role in accelerating onboarding, reducing time-to-productivity and driving sales effectiveness across both direct and partner sales channels. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success and Partnerships, you will build scalable onboarding, training and enablement programmes that improve sales performance, strengthen partner capability and directly contribute to revenue growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Sounds great – what will I do?

  • Design, own and run onboarding process for new AE and SDR hires - from day-one ramp plans through to defined competency milestones.
  • Build partner enablement for resellers: co-branded sales collateral, product training, and self-serve resources that let partner sellers position and sell watchTowr independently.
  • Develop and maintain the core enablement library - pitch decks, battlecards, objection handling, competitive positioning, discovery frameworks (e.g. MEDDPICC required), and demo scripts.
  • Translate technical concepts (EASM, CTEM, ASM, Preemptive Exposure Management) into clear, sales-ready messaging for both internal and partner audiences.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing and Partnerships to keep enablement content current with platform releases and market positioning.
  • Measure programme impact through ramp time, quota attainment, content adoption, and partner-sourced pipeline; iterate based on the data.
  • Reinforce learning through ongoing coaching, call reviews, and structured refresher sessions.

Sounds perfect to me, what specifics are you looking for?

  • Proven experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a quota-carrying/SDR role transitioning into enablement - in B2B SaaS and cybersecurity.
  • Strong understanding of modern sales methodologies and the full funnel across SDR and AE motions.
  • Experience enabling channel or reseller partners (a distinct discipline from direct-team enablement).
  • Excellent content creation and facilitation skills; you are able to make complex technical material accessible.
  • Comfortable with sales tooling (CRM, Outbound, Enrichment etc. platforms) and using data to prove impact.
  • Strong experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams in fast-growing environments.
  • Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and don’t need heavy process or hand-holding to deliver impact.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies, buying cycles, and how organisations procure security solutions.
  • Familiar with structured sales and partner methodologies and know how to build repeatable commercial motions.
