Reimagining corporate travel: build and scale embedment from scratch

Oversee is revolutionising corporate travel management with AI-driven technology that eliminates manual processes, cuts costs, improves efficiency, and enables smarter decision-making.

We provide:

  • Global AI-powered reshopping solutions for air and hotel bookings
  • AgentSee™ – an AI assistant that automates tasks like email processing, flight bookings, and travel arrangement management for Travel Management Companies (TMCs), reducing costs and improving service quality

Our innovative approach is used by Fortune 500 enterprises worldwide. We’re a fast-growing company with exponential year-over-year revenue growth.

About the Role

Sales enablement at Oversee isn’t a tactical role—it’s a mission-critical build from the ground up. There’s no existing framework, no maintenance to manage. Instead, you’ll define and scale a sales enablement architecture to support a complex AI solution in a rapidly evolving environment.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact role with direct partnerships across Sales, Product, and Marketing leadership, giving you a seat at the table to shape revenue strategies.

Come shape the future of business travel.

What You’ll Do

Strategy & Scaling

  • Design and own Oversee’s sales enablement strategy end-to-end, ensuring alignment as the company moves upmarket and expands its solution portfolio.
  • Build repeatable onboarding and certification programs for all customer-facing roles, including Account Executives (AEs), Sales Development Reps (SDRs), Solutions Engineers (SEs), Account Managers, and Sales Leaders.
    • Define clear milestones, assessments, and ramp benchmarks.
  • Develop role-based learning paths and continuous coaching programs that foster progressive capability—not just initial training.
  • Establish Oversee’s enterprise sales methodology, operationalizing a consistent approach to:
    • Discovery & qualification
    • Value selling & multi-threading
    • Executive engagement

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
