Sales Enablement Manager | Cybersecurity Scale-Up | Remote UK

Altura Partners is supporting a high-growth cybersecurity scale-up that’s transforming how global enterprises stay ahead of real-world threats. Their cutting-edge platform combines proactive threat intelligence, attacker insights, and automation - helping security teams detect and respond before attackers strike.

Backed by strong funding and recognised by leading industry analysts, this company is scaling fast across international markets. They’re now seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to build and evolve their global enablement function across both direct and partner sales channels.

This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to make sales teams better. You’ll own onboarding, training, content and ongoing coaching across AEs, SDRs and reseller partners, helping shorten ramp time and improve commercial performance globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own onboarding and ramp programmes for new AEs and SDRs, from day one through to defined competency milestones.
  • Build enablement programmes for reseller and channel partners, including training, collateral and self-serve resources.
  • Develop sales content including pitch decks, battlecards, objection handling, competitive positioning, discovery frameworks and demo scripts.
  • Translate complex cybersecurity concepts into clear, commercially relevant messaging.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product and Partnerships to keep enablement aligned with product releases and market positioning.
  • Track impact through ramp time, quota attainment, content adoption and partner-sourced pipeline.
  • Reinforce learning through coaching, call reviews and ongoing training.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
