Are you a strategic enablement professional with a passion for driving performance and fostering strong partnerships? We are seeking a highly motivated individual to lead critical enablement programs for our client’s business process outsourcing (BPO) partners. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across global operations, directly impacting sales outcomes and operational excellence. You will be the vital link, ensuring that every partner delivers at the highest standard, directly contributing to the success of sales initiatives and the overall growth of the business.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the BPO enablement programs end to end, ensuring every vendor partner follows established governance frameworks, playbooks, and certification standards.
- Hold vendors accountable for consistent, high-quality delivery, acting as the enablement voice in the room with stakeholders, bringing insights and recommendations that drive success.
- Manage the day-to-day rollout of the BPO Strategy across all vendor partners, keeping every program on track against agreed milestones and goals.
- Co-own the enablement agenda within sales teams, ensuring alignment and effectiveness.
- Own the Enablement Playbook, ensuring BPO enablement teams understand standards and expectations for designing, building, and delivering sales training, onboarding, and quality assessment.
- Ensure instructional design guardrails for BPO-led content development are met.
- Assess the enablement capability of each vendor partner against established standards and manage “up-levelling” plans to close any gaps with their internal trainers, quality assessors, and instructional designers.
- Develop, roll out, and manage playbooks that enable vendor partners to scale their enablement function through growth, attrition, and workforce transitions efficiently.
- Drive a consistent quality assurance and sales coach process across all vendor partners, assessing coaching plans, consultant conversations, and training delivery insights to drive business results.
- Establish audit cadence for calibration sessions with Team Leaders and Quality Assessors at every partner site to ensure consistent scoring.
- Track success metrics such as time-to-proficiency, certification rates, and quality scores, ensuring BPO enablement teams report against these to prove their investment is driving sales outcomes.
- Own the strategic operating rhythm that keeps BPO enablement leadership aligned to quarterly goals and go-to-market priorities, including Quarterly Business Reviews and regional Business Reviews with data-driven recommendations.
- Train vendor partners to deliver onboarding, sales methodology, and product training to the client’s standard, enabling independent execution.
- Develop and refine the onboarding process to ensure maximum efficiency and adherence with internal onboarding experiences.
- Work with internal onboarding pillars to ensure all leader guides and partner facilitation material are up-to-date and relevant.
- Own the relationship with sales leaders and cross-functional stakeholders on all BPO enablement matters, acting as the enablement voice in the room and bringing recommendations grounded in data and floor insight.
- Hold vendor leadership accountable for executing against agreed frameworks, playbooks, and business goals, escalating and resolving gaps in performance or compliance.
- Lead the rollout of major product or process changes with vendor partners, ensuring every enablement team is ready to execute the transition and keeping stakeholders informed.
- Represent Sales Enablement in stakeholder forums and in global Sales Enablement forums, keeping priorities aligned across a matrixed, multi-region operation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
