Sales Enablement Manager
We’re exclusively partnering with an established, profitable B2B SaaS business to hire a Sales Enablement Manager who will help build and professionalise enablement across a growing international sales organisation.
The business operates at approximately $60M ARR, with established operations across the UK, EMEA and North America. It sells a mission-critical SaaS platform into large enterprise organisations through complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Following recent strategic investment and the appointment of new GTM leadership, the business is entering its next phase of growth - with a clear focus on improving sales productivity, consistency, execution and enterprise performance.
This is an opportunity to build, rather than simply inherit, a mature enablement function.
The Role
This is a hands-on individual contributor role with significant ownership across Sales Enablement. You'll work closely with senior Sales leadership alongside Marketing, Product and RevOps to improve how commercial teams onboard, learn, execute and ultimately win.
The remit spans onboarding and ramp, sales methodology, playbooks, messaging, training, manager coaching and ongoing performance improvement.
You'll be expected to understand where performance gaps exist, build practical solutions and demonstrate the commercial impact of enablement through metrics such as ramp time, conversion, win rates, productivity and adoption.
What You'll Do
- Build and own structured sales onboarding and ramp programmes
- Develop scalable playbooks aligned to buyer journeys and sales stages
- Create messaging, talk tracks, discovery frameworks and objection-handling content
- Design and deliver ongoing sales training, workshops and certification programmes
- Embed methodologies such as MEDDICC, Challenger or SPIN
- Develop coaching frameworks that enable frontline managers to reinforce best practice
- Partner with Sales leadership to identify capability and performance gaps
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product and RevOps
- Improve consistency in how sales teams position value and execute enterprise opportunities
- Use performance data and rep feedback to continuously improve enablement
- Measure the commercial impact of programmes across ramp, conversion, productivity and win rates

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience within Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Sales Training or Sales Excellence
- Strong background within B2B SaaS / technology
- Experience building enablement programmes from the ground up, rather than simply delivering existing training
- Experience creating onboarding programmes, playbooks and repeatable sales assets
- Strong understanding of complex enterprise B2B sales cycles
- Experience working with established sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Challenger or SPIN
- Credibility working directly with experienced Account Executives and frontline sales managers
- Strong coaching and facilitation skills
- Commercial understanding of pipeline, conversion, win rates and sales productivity
- Ability to translate complex products and ideas into simple, usable sales messaging
- Strong cross-functional experience across Sales, Marketing, Product and RevOps
- Comfortable operating autonomously and influencing senior stakeholders without formal authority
The strongest candidates will combine genuine enablement expertise with commercial sales credibility - someone who understands how enterprise sellers operate and can earn their trust, rather than approaching enablement purely from an L&D perspective.

The Sales Environment
This is an established enterprise sales organisation operating across EMEA and North America. Sales teams sell into large organisations through complex, multi-stakeholder, high-consideration buying cycles, with opportunities capable of reaching six and seven figures over multi-year agreements.
That makes this particularly relevant to someone who has enabled teams selling strategic, value-led enterprise SaaS solutions, rather than high-volume transactional products.
Why Join?
- Join a profitable ~$60M ARR SaaS business
- Work directly with senior GTM leadership
- Genuine opportunity to build and shape the enablement function
- International remit across the UK, EMEA and North America
- Support experienced enterprise sales teams
- Work across complex, high-value SaaS sales cycles
- Join during a period of strategic investment and commercial transformation
- Significant autonomy and ownership
- Build programmes that have a measurable impact on sales performance
- Help establish the standards, methodologies and infrastructure required for the company's next stage of growth
This is a strong opportunity for someone who doesn't simply want to run training sessions. We're looking for someone who wants to build the systems, programmes and coaching infrastructure that make an enterprise sales organisation more consistent, productive and effective at winning.
