Help our commercial team deliver the right message at the right time.

eMolecules is growing, and we're hiring a Sales Enablement & Content Specialist for a new, remote, full-time role based in the UK, France, or US East Coast.

This is a new, multifaceted role within the Sales Enablement/Marketing team. You will work closely with our Account Management team and commercial leadership to develop and implement sales enablement and marketing campaigns, including creating impactful full-funnel content in support of the commercial salesforce.

The primary focus of this role will be on distributor/reseller channel partnerships, which requires channel knowledge combined with strong marketing communications skills. In this role, you will own the client-facing communications and campaigns that drive our sales outcomes, and you will be the central liaison who enables sales with compelling sales tools, inspiring ideas, collateral, marketing communications, content, and field marketing activities.

What You'll Do

  • Initiate, create, and implement best-in-class enablement content and communication campaigns, fulfilling the "right message, right time" strategy.
  • Participate in sales enablement strategies and marketing initiatives, with a focus on account-based marketing (ABM), to support the sales team in achieving targets.
  • Create and maintain sales content and materials, including customer-facing pitch decks, capability overviews, promotional and customer training videos, and case studies.
  • Collaborate with the scientific sales team and strategic third-party partners to develop scientific thought-leadership content.
  • Align messaging and content with overall commercial sales strategies and the organization's messaging and positioning.
  • Define key performance metrics, monitor the performance of campaigns and enablement materials, and use data-driven insights to continuously refine and optimize them.
  • Distribute leads to the commercial sales team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
