12-Month Contract
Are you a sales enablement professional who can command a room, coach sales teams and drive behavioural change at scale?
We're looking for an experienced Sales Enablement Training Manager to lead enablement programmes across a network of international sales partners. This is not a traditional L&D or instructional design role. We're looking for someone with genuine sales enablement expertise who understands what great selling looks like and can build programmes that help sales teams perform at their best.
You'll be responsible for creating consistency across onboarding, coaching, training, quality assurance and certification programmes while partnering closely with senior stakeholders and vendor organisations across multiple regions.
The Opportunity
This role sits at the centre of sales enablement, stakeholder management and vendor governance. You'll act as the enablement expert, helping partners deliver world-class sales training and coaching programmes whilst ensuring alignment to agreed playbooks, frameworks and business objectives.
Success in this role requires more than technical knowledge. You'll need the presence, credibility and communication skills to engage senior leaders, coach facilitators and confidently deliver training to groups of up to 30 sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Enablement & Programme Leadership
- Lead end-to-end enablement programmes across multiple international partner organisations.
- Own enablement playbooks, training standards and governance frameworks.
- Ensure onboarding, sales methodology training, coaching and certification programmes are delivered consistently.
- Build scalable enablement processes that support business growth and operational efficiency.

Iโm in my final year doing Economics and I donโt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer โ it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donโt need a masters. Letโs look at the ones youโd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet โ that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
