Playbook Direct is looking for Sales & Engagement Associates to join our Leadership Development Programme.
You'll start with face to face customer engagement while developing the communication, confidence and people skills needed to take on more responsibility.
The Role
You'll be involved in:
- Meeting customers
- Starting conversations and building rapport
- Representing our clients
- Understanding customer needs
- Explaining products and services
- Working towards team and individual targets
- Taking part in coaching and development sessions
- Supporting the wider team as you progress
