Sales & Marketing Associate
Full Time | Manchester | No Experience Required | Immediate Start Available

Playbook Direct is looking for Sales & Marketing Associates to join our Manchester team. You’ll work directly with customers, represent well known brands and develop your sales, communication and leadership skills along the way.
No previous sales or marketing experience is required. Full training is provided.
What will you be doing?
You’ll be working face-to-face with customers across events, retail environments and other locations throughout Greater Manchester.
Your role will include:
- Speaking with customers and building positive relationships
- Representing our clients and their products or services
- Understanding customer needs and providing suitable options
- Working towards individual and team targets
- Taking part in regular training and coaching
- Developing your communication, sales and customer service skills
- Supporting the wider team as you gain experience

Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service or marketing is useful, but not essential.
