Inviting applications for the role of Sales Engagement Manager!
This role is focused on driving hardware sales and account growth, supporting sales leadership in acquiring new clients, expanding into new buying centers, and growing existing strategic accounts. The Sales Engagement Manager will work closely with clients to understand their technology and infrastructure requirements, identify hardware sales opportunities, and manage complex, high-value deals from opportunity identification through commercial closure.
Responsibilities
- Drive and support end-to-end hardware sales opportunities, from prospecting and qualification through proposal, negotiation, contracting, and deal closure.
- Develop relationships with client Business, Procurement, IT, Infrastructure, Technology, and Functional leaders to identify current and future hardware requirements.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through new hardware solutions, technology refreshes, upgrades, replacements, and additional product sales.
- Build a strong understanding of client technology environments, infrastructure priorities, purchasing cycles, budgets, and decision-making processes.
- Work closely with sales leadership to develop account strategies and increase hardware sales penetration within strategic clients.
- Manage complex sales opportunities with multiple stakeholders, buying centers, vendors, and decision-makers.
- Support pricing, commercial negotiations, contract management, and change requests to improve account profitability and overall sales performance.
- Develop business cases, proposals, presentations, and commercial solutions tailored to client hardware requirements.
- Coordinate with internal technical, solution, commercial, supply chain, procurement, and delivery teams to ensure proposed hardware solutions meet client requirements.
- Conduct market, competitor, vendor, and customer research to identify new hardware sales opportunities.
- Support RFPs/RFQs, tender processes, business development activities, market intelligence, and sales administration.
- Maintain visibility of the sales pipeline, forecasts, opportunities, risks, and next steps across assigned accounts.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B hardware sales, technology sales, infrastructure sales, or enterprise IT sales.
- Demonstrated experience managing clients and closing end-to-end complex sales deals.
- Proven success in developing and growing strategic enterprise accounts.
- Experience selling hardware solutions such as servers, storage, networking equipment, data center infrastructure, end-user computing devices, or other enterprise technology products.
- Experience working with OEMs, hardware manufacturers, distributors, resellers, or system integrators would be highly relevant.
- Strong experience managing large commercial opportunities, ideally including deals of $5M TCV or above.
- Experience working with large enterprise or Fortune 500 clients.
- Strong understanding of commercial models, pricing, margins, negotiations, contracts, and P&L impact.
- Ability to build relationships with senior decision-makers across IT, Infrastructure, Procurement, Finance, and Business functions.
Preferred Qualifications / Skills
- Strong understanding of the enterprise hardware and IT infrastructure market, including technology refresh cycles and procurement processes.
- Existing knowledge of major hardware vendors and OEM ecosystems.
- Experience selling across multiple countries or managing international/global accounts.
- Ability to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing client environments.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance revenue growth, margins, and long-term client relationships.
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to operate effectively across different countries, cultures, and functions within a global organization.
- MBA or advanced degree in a related field would be an advantage.
