Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities across automotive, aerospace, medical, food manufacturing, rail, energy and other industrial sectors.
  • Conduct customer meetings, site visits and technical consultations.
  • Understand customer manufacturing processes and identify automation and process improvement opportunities.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to develop bespoke technical solutions.
  • Prepare technical proposals, quotations and cost estimates.
  • Collaborate closely with the Managing Director to help shape future business growth.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in Technical Sales, Business Development or Engineering Sales.
  • Strong ability to generate and develop new business opportunities.
  • Experience managing your own diary, arranging customer meetings and conducting site visits.
  • Ability to understand engineering concepts and communicate technical solutions effectively.
  • Experience preparing quotations, proposals and cost estimates.
  • A background within manufacturing, automation, machinery, industrial engineering or related sectors would be highly advantageous.
