Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support across pre-sales, sales, and post-sales stages in the UK market
- Support system design, configuration, and deployment of CCTV and AIoT solutions
- Deliver product training and technical support to system integrators and partners
- Gather customer feedback to support product improvement and solution development
- Collaborate with global engineering teams on product enhancement and localization
- Other necessary work required from team
Requirements
- Bachelor or above degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, IT, or related field (preferred)
- 1+ year of experience in technical support, pre-sales, or related technical role
- Knowledge of IP surveillance systems, networking, and security infrastructure
- CCTV / video surveillance industry experience strongly preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Fluent in English. A valid local driver's license is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
