The Job You'll Do:
- Responding to client enquiries, tendering activity, and close collaboration with engineering and manufacturing teams.
- Account management of existing customers, ensuring their requirements are met and new project opportunities are identified.
- Responding promptly and professionally to all incoming enquiries.
- Providing accurate product information and guidance to customers.
- Preparing and issuing customer quotations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Liaising with existing customers and supporting order activities.
- Processing customer orders, deliveries, and queries.
- Working closely with engineering, operations, and senior management.
- Representing the business professionally at customer meetings.

About You:
- Proven experience within a Technical Sales/Sales Engineer role.
- Relevant technical qualifications (Degree, HNC, NVQ etc.) are desirable but not essential.
- Experience liaising with Engineering teams (Projects, Design etc.).
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to compose clear and professional emails and quotations.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
- A proactive approach with the ability to use initiative.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Comfortable speaking with customers as well as managing internally.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building ability.
