About CourtCorrect
We help enterprise organisations and SMEs move their claims and complaints handling into the future. Claims and complaints are everywhere and most organisations with a retail consumer base have to deal with them. Especially now, case loads are driven up by the energy crisis, inflation and other macro-economic events.
So how to get on top? Unfortunately, most companies are held back by clunky, expensive legacy software that negatively impacts their customer experience, employee health and ability to innovate.
What's needed is a lightweight, intelligent and beautiful case management system that makes claims teams more productive and keeps customers happy. CourtCorrect delivers exactly that vision to the world. Our incredibly talented employees, top-tier investors and blue-chip customers are building the consumer dispute resolution platform of the future.
The role
You will be the technical lead in our UK sales process. You will work with complaints, operations, IT, risk and compliance teams at regulated firms to show how CourtCorrect's AI platform fits their processes and systems. The role combines technical discovery, solution design and hands-on configuration. You will need to be comfortable both building a working demo and presenting it to a Head of Complaints or a Chief Risk Officer.
What you'll do
- Lead technical sales cycles: own technical validation from first demo to contract, including RFPs, security questionnaires and due diligence on data protection, information security and AI governance.
- Run discovery and proofs of concept: map customer workflows, case volumes, systems and data flows. Design and run free trials and proofs of concept against agreed success criteria.
- Configure AI workflows: build tailored demos of CourtCorrect's platform. Use customers' business rules and prompt configuration to show results.
- Design integrations: scope how CourtCorrect connects to CRM, case management, contact centre and data systems using APIs, webhooks and pre-built integrations.
- Build reusable assets: create demo environments, integration templates, ROI models and technical collateral the sales team can reuse.
- Represent the customer internally: pass product feedback, feature requests and gaps to product and engineering.
- Support handover: give onboarding and implementation a clear technical handover after contract signature.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
