Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineer and Sales Engineer
Location: Kings Lynn
This is an office-based position with travel to customers and leads.
Salary: A GBP 48,880 per annum (depending on experience)
Vacancy Type: Full time, permanent (40 hours per week)
Klimatech is a growing refrigeration and air conditioning company, focused on providing a reliable, professional service and building long-term customer relationships. We are looking for someone to join our friendly team and help us continue to deliver a high standard of service as the business grows.

About The Role
Klimatech is looking for a motivated Installation Engineer / Sales Engineer to join our growing team. This is a varied role, split approximately 50 installation engineering and 50 sales.

The role involves assisting with refrigeration and air conditioning installations, organising works and materials, developing new and existing sales opportunities, and supporting customer relationships. The position is primarily office-based, with travel to customers and potential new leads.
Sites are mainly across Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire and Norfolk, with occasional travel further afield when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with refrigeration installation works.
- Assist with air conditioning installations.
- Help organise installation works and materials.
- Assist with quoting new and existing Refrigeration, AC, HVAC and process applications.
- Develop new leads and customer contacts.
- Visit customers and potential new leads.
- Assist with advertising and social media activity relating to installations.
Skills / Qualifications
- Experience or knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning engineering.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Commercially minded with an interest in sales and developing new business.
- Self-motivated, reliable and organised.
- Friendly and professional approach.
- Confident communicating with customers and potential new clients.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to travel and work away when required.

Benefits
- 25 days annual leave, excluding Bank Holidays.
